“This photo was taken in a refugee camp in Rwanda. As I mentioned in the interview, I kind of felt like a pied piper everywhere I went. I always ended up with children following me. Here, I had a child attached to every 10 of my fingers and those who couldn’t get a finger made sure to grab my arm or hand. You can see I love it! But I had to be very careful as we walked not to step on any tiny shoeless toes!” - Kathy
