“It’s important to know your strengths and your weaknesses, it’s OK to have both! It’s important to surround yourself with people who can teach you and bring out the best in you. You don’t have to have all the answers, it’s OK to make mistakes. I believe that you should never be the smartest person in the room because, in order to grow, learn and evolve, I do think you should choose your company wisely.”

There’s no right time to start your own business, to buy a house, or to have a child, you’re never going to wake up and say "oh today is the day that I am ready", you should just do it and you will figure it out!
